Adrian – General Manager
Adrian founded Trade Solutions Yeovil Ltd in 2013 after extensive research into the cleaning industry, driven by a clear vision and business plan. Born and raised in Yeovil, he gained valuable experience working for respected local companies including Screwfix, Agusta Westland, and Wincanton Logistics.
His focus from day one has been on delivering outstanding service, with quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction at the heart of the business. What began as a domestic window cleaning service has grown into a trusted provider of specialist exterior cleaning across the South West, serving domestic, commercial, industrial, and retail clients.
Sam – Operations Director
Sam, the youngest of Adrian’s four sons, joined Trade Solutions Yeovil Ltd in 2014 as the business began to grow steadily. With A Levels in Accounting and Business Studies, along with a HNC in Business and Management, he brought valuable knowledge and structure to support the company’s development.
Now joint owner and Operational Director, Sam manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule. He currently plays a hands-on role across various services and continues to support the company’s growth with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Adam – Cleaning Operative
Adam, a Yeovil local and family man with two young children, previously worked alongside Adrian at Screwfix Direct. Their shared experience meant Adrian was already well aware of Adam’s strong work ethic and professionalism when they discussed him joining the team.
Since coming on board, Adam has proven to be a highly flexible and dependable member of staff. He consistently receives excellent feedback from clients and continues to be a valuable asset to Trade Solutions Yeovil Ltd.
Mark – Cleaning Operative
Mark joined Trade Solutions Yeovil Ltd in June 2018 and is a long-time school friend of Sam, one of the Directors. Having shown a strong interest in the business over the past year, he was keen to become part of the team as the company continued to grow.
With six years of experience in the catering industry, Mark was ready for a new challenge and embraced the opportunity to join us. He is set to play an important role in supporting the cleaning and restoration side of the business, even if it means trading a warm kitchen for the outdoors, rain or shine.
