We are looking for somebody to join our external cleaning team based in Yeovil on a casual basis to assist with covering for holidays, absence and when we have exceptionally busy weeks. There is also potential for this to lead to full time employment.

The cleaning operative will form part of an existing team carrying out cleaning tasks, predominantly external cleaning tasks within an approximate 20 mile radius of Yeovil.

The main tasks include, but are not limited to:-

• Window Cleaning
• Conservatory Cleaning
• UPVC Cleaning
• Gutter clearing

In addition, there may also be times whereby the successful candidate will be required to assist our team on Softwashing, Pressure Cleaning, Steam Cleaning and Render cleaning tasks which we cover in a much larger area.

Interested parties must:-

Hold a FULL clean driving license
Ideally be over 25 for insurance purposes
Be physically fit
Be a conscientious and hard working team player
Ideally possess a good local knowledge
Be totally flexible in line with the needs of the business and it’s customers
Be courteous, polite and friendly
NOT be adverse to working outside and in inclement weather
Able to pass an enhanced DBS check to an acceptable standard

Skills / experience required:-

Ideally window cleaning experience using WFP and / or TRAD techniques
An ability to work alone or as part of a team
Dealing with the public and money handling
Ability to follow management instruction but use their own initiative when required
Can work safely at all times and follow H&S guidelines
